By car, When you go to NLEX, you should take the Sta. Rita Exit. It is around 20 kms upon entering the NLEX-Balintawak. From there, go straight to Plaridel town, around 5 kms. It’s just a straight drive towards the North and you will be passing by the towns of Baliuag, Nadaan, San Ildefonso, Gapan, Sta Rosa and finally Cabanatuan City.
Cabanatuan city is around 50-60 kms from entering Sta. Rita exit and close to 100 kms from Manila. Should take you 1.5 – 2 hours depending on your speed also.
If you are going to Cabanatuan from the north,here is the best and shortest route (other than the Binalonan-Asingan-Cuyapo route):
On the NLEX take the San Fernando exit and left towards SM. That road will take you to Mexico, Pampanga then Sta. Ana, Arayat…then Cabio (Nueva Ecija) followed by Gapan. On the Gapan intersection make a left along the National highway to Cabanatuan City. You will pass Sta. Rosa and eventually be in Cabanatuan.
